Your uploads remain private
Beats, tags, and exports you upload are tied to your account and are not visible to other users. We do not browse, listen to, or share your content. Internal access is limited to the minimum required for security, abuse prevention, and support — and only with your explicit request when troubleshooting.
Never used for AI training
We do not use your uploaded audio, tags, presets, or exports to train machine‑learning or AI models — ours or anyone else's. Your files are processed for the single purpose of producing the output you requested.
Temporary processing architecture
Audio is decoded and rendered in a short‑lived processing pipeline. Where possible, tagging happens directly in your browser. Server‑side rendering uses isolated workers and ephemeral storage scoped to your session. We don't keep copies beyond what's needed to deliver your export.
Automatic cleanup of temporary files
Rendered exports live in a temporary bucket and are deleted automatically after the retention window for your plan:
- Free: 24 hours
- Pro: 72 hours
After that window, the file and its storage object are removed. You can also delete any export manually at any time from your Storage dashboard.
You retain ownership
You own everything you upload to BeatStamp — your beats, your tags, your presets, and the exports we generate from them. We claim no rights to your creative work. We only receive the limited license needed to store and process your files so we can deliver the service you asked for.
Payment processing via Stripe
Subscriptions and one‑time purchases are processed by Stripe. Card numbers and payment details are submitted directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. We store only the identifiers Stripe gives us back (customer ID, subscription ID, status, plan) so we can keep your account in sync. See Stripe's privacy policy for details on their handling.
Account data we keep
To run your account we store your email, authentication identifiers, subscription status, saved tags and presets, and a history of recent exports (with their expiration). You can request export or deletion of this data at any time.
