Terms of Service

BeatStamp provides tools for producers to stamp beats with audio tags, manage saved tags and presets, and render temporary exports. Features and limits may evolve as we improve the product.

BeatStamp offers a Free plan and a Pro subscription billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period using your saved payment method until you cancel.

Prices, plan limits, and included features are listed on our pricing page. We may update pricing for future billing periods with reasonable notice; changes never apply retroactively to a period you've already paid for.

You retain all rights to the audio, tags, presets, and exports you create or upload. BeatStamp does not claim ownership of your content and will not use it to train AI models.

You grant us a limited, non‑exclusive license to store, process, and transmit your content solely so we can provide the service to you (e.g., decoding audio, rendering an export, delivering a download). This license ends when you delete the content or close your account.

You agree not to use BeatStamp to:

• Upload or distribute content that infringes someone else's rights.
• Attempt to reverse‑engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Bypass plan limits, abuse exports, or share account credentials.
• Use BeatStamp for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and we may remove content that we reasonably believe is infringing or harmful.

You are responsible for the audio you upload. You represent that you own it, or that you have the necessary rights and permissions from the rights holders to process it through BeatStamp. We rely on you to make that call — we don't pre‑screen uploads.

If you believe content on BeatStamp infringes your rights, contact us at legal@beatstamp.com and we'll review promptly.

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the Billing page. Your Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again after cancellation.

When your subscription ends and you return to the Free plan, we don't delete anything you've created — your saved tags, presets, and history stay visible. Free plan limits apply only to new actions (e.g., creating additional tags or presets) until your usage fits within Free limits again.

You may delete your account at any time. Deletion removes your stored content and cancels any active subscription.

BeatStamp is provided "as is." We work hard to keep the service reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in‑app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
